8-week group starting April 7th, 2021 consisting of 5-10 women all focused on learning mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness skills to become their highest selves. During this skills based group we will delve into building self-esteem, exploring barriers holding us back from success, how to remove those barriers and learn the skills to respond to our environment in a way that reflect our highest selves.
Weekly group consists of:
-3-7 minute meditation
-Exercise on weekly topic
-Group Reflection
-Empowerment Ritual
-Closing thoughts
